Coming to Canada
A children's novella about a young girl's immigrant experience. This book was commissioned by the Canadian government and will be distributed to each immigrant child who enters Canada. The publisher has also decided to make a trade edition that will be available for purchase in bookstores

Wanting Mor
A young adult novel. Set in post Taliban Afghanistan, about a girl whose mother (Mor) dies during the war, her father remarries, stepmother doesn't want her, so the father takes her to the marketplace and leaves her there. Based on the story of a girl in one of the Afghan orphanages I sponsor through my book The Roses in My Carpets.
