Jebel Rahma

This was the day we were checking out the sights before the Hajj began in earnest.

That small mountain in back of me is Jebel Rahma, the mountain of Mercy. That pillar on top says it's the place where Adam and Eve were forgiven for eating the forbidden fruit.

Apparently on the day of Arafat, the whole mountain is completely white because it's so covered in pilgrims.

You don't have to climb it though. The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not! Imagine if he had!!!! (We'd all be climbing it!!!)
